Problem accessing customised fields in new/existing records

Hi,

I recently tried the free 15 day trial for the Professional Version and converted to the paid version on Friday.

During the trial period I set up many new fields and re-organised the page lay out within the various Modules which I would like to retain and continue using.

For some reason shortly after converting to the paid version something strange occurred. Whilst I can access my new fields and page layouts via "Setup - Fields List or Edit Page Layout" - they no longer appear when I create new records in any of the Modules or in the existing records I have created.

Has this happened to anyone else and does anyone have any advice as to how to resolve the problem?
