problem add domain

I created an account here and I tried to add domain phatpandastore.com as a free plan but I am getting this error: * This Domain is not supported or is already registered with Zoho.

Maybe I made a mistake when I initially created the account.

Can you please asociate this domain to our account or delete it?

The domain is ours.
