Problem adding member to organization group

Problem adding member to organization group

I am having a problem adding one certain user to an organization group in my Zoho Business. When I try to add this user I get "Encountered problem while adding member to group". I can add other people but not this particular person. Can you please tell me if there is a setting or something that would correct this issue?
