Problem configuring mail on iPhone/Mac

We are experiencing problems configuring email accounts on iPhones for our users other than the admin account.

The admin account has been configured and appears to be working but others have not been successful.

We have checked servers as outlined in zoho instructions and double checked MX records.

Also experiencing an apparent problem configuring more than one email account with same domain on Mac devices. For example, info@domain.com and name@domain.com on the same device
