Problem Creating Alias

Hi,
I've searched your help files and parts of your Forum but I'm unable to see how I can add an alias to my email account.
I understood that I could have upto 25 aliases for the free account, however I only need 5 currently.

My email works fine having sent tests back and forth from my laptop emailer but where are the "alias settings"

Any help much appreciated.
