Problem editing Show - "parameter id missing from request"

In attempting to update a show with new images, I upload an image file to my library but then see a message stating "Parameter id is missing from request." The image is added to my library, but not added to the slide I'm editing - requiring me to add an image to the slide to upload the image, then add an image again to pull it from the library.
