Problem Exporting from ZoHo

I successfully created a small membership database, but cannot export the data. When I try to export the database or a report as a CSV, a File Download window opens. I have tried clicking OPEN and SAVE buttons and neither will result in the data being exported.

The File Download window says - Getting File Information - but it just runs and runs. No file is ever exported.

Please advise as to how I can export the full database and reports without the process "hanging". Thank You.
