problem for download attachment from email

problem for download attachment from email

Dear Sir,

Today I meet a new problem that, when I try to download the attachment from email, it's failed !!
(then, I forward this email to Gmail account, it's ok for open and download at all)

and also it seems zoho mail does not support the zip file in RAR format.

Pls check and fix, thanks
