Problem getting Zoho Mail and CRM to sync

I've looked through all the settings until I'm blue in the face.

I've set up Zoho CRM.  I've set up Zoho Mail.  When I send out email out of Zoho Mail, it will not show up under the proper Lead/Contact etc.

I'm also trying to do the Outlook Plug-in, and that's sporadic success at best.  Is it a setting problem?
