Problem importing contacts into ZOHO CRM

I'm trying to import contacts into ZOHO CRM, but after I match all the fields and click "Import", the re is some kind of bug and the process freezes while the "Importing records" animation bar is shown. So the importing is not finished. Is there any solutions for this?

I've been using ZOHO CREATOR for several months and it's excellent. I would like to start using CRM as well, but need to solve the contacts issue first.

Please reply asap.
