Problem importing date field

Hi there,
I have created several custom fields in the Leads Section , one of which is called "Last Action Date".
Now I am trying to import data from my csv file. Originally I h
Zoho CRM warns me that the date has to be in MM/dd/YYYY format for the imports to be succesful.
I've made sure that it is so....but my date field does not import.
What am I doing wrong?
I am pasting a sample row below for you to take a look at.
The first field never imports :-(
