Hello, 

I am trying to import records into a custom module "Subscription" with the import feature (Data Administration / Import NOT the CSV import feature of the module).

The CSV file I use for the import works without any problems and all data is imported correctly. Except for two values that are not imported correctly in two lookup fields: Product (links to module "Products") and Subscription issue (links to module "Subscription Issues"). 

I have entered the record IDs of the products and subscription issues in the CSV file (I am importing), i.e. 359041235908926. But this does not seem to work. The two picklists remain empty after the import. 

What could be the problem? What am I doing wrong?
