problem in saving documents

hi

I am a new user of VO and having problems in saving attachments from email, when I click the option to save documents the new pop windows asks me to chose a folder but the it is not showing any list of folders

2 when i want to see documents usage from admin menu its showing

3 why the copy is not there in the right click menu when we select something from email window, we have to use Ctrl+c command from key board
