Problem in sending email while doing IO operation

Problem in sending email while doing IO operation

Having problems sending emails again!!! Can't be down as this is critical to our business.

Please advise when this will be fixed or what I can do to fix it. I've tried refreshing, tried logging out and back in. Even restarting computer etc.
