I can't send or save any emails. I keep getting this error: "
Problem in sending email while doing IO operation"
Can somebody explain in detail what is going on and give me an ETA on when this problem will be fixed? I need to send out important emails that are time sensitive.
Another week. Another problem with Zoho Mail. It's like clockwork with Zoho Mail. Problems every other week (ongoing for years). Please put in place better measures to prevent problems like this from happening.
Companies use your service to run their business. When emails don't work the way they should, we (me and all the other companies that rely on your email service) lose business and money each minute that your service is not working.
Please look into this right away. Thanks!
