Problem in sending email while doing IO operation

Cannot send any email in Zoho Mail, due to the red error at the top of the screen that says:

"Problem in sending email while doing IO operation"

Error has been consistent since 12:01 PM CST, it is now 2:10 PM CST.

Why does status.zoho.com show that Zoho Mail has no issues when so many people have posted of the same problem?  Isn't this a valid service reliability issue?
