I currently am managing multiple pop email accounts under my main view of tzone345 @ zoho.
90% of the time everything works fine and incoming emails are inserted into the correct pop email account
correctly for replying and managing. However, about 10% of the time i receive some emails from
bill @ logicalworkspaces under my bill @ thetravelzone email view and this causes a major issue for my business. When
an incoming email is inserted into the wrong account i cant reply with the correct email "From" address.
Please advise on what the issue may be and how to correct this ASAP.
