Problem migrating Account Owner with Accounts from other CRM

I am trying to migrate account data from another CRM using the Data Migration function within Zoho CRM.  The Sales Rep field in my source data is mapped to the Account Owner field in Zoho.  However, the data does not migrate and I am alwys listed as the account owner.  I have tried 3 accounts using 3 methods for Account Owner Id – User Name, Zoho User Id (zcrm_3...) , and email address associated with the user.


Users were created manually within Zoho.

The migration completes successfully but always shows my name as Account Owner rather than the value in the source data because I am the user doing the data migration.

How do I get Zoho to import  the proper Account Owner as provided in the csv file?
