Problem migrating email using IMAP

Problem migrating email using IMAP

Hi,

I'm trying to migrate email to zoho but am getting the message - unable to connect to server.  I have logged a ticket to check I have the correct server details with this host but just want to check first - 

  • I haven't changed the MX records yet - do I need to do this before I migrate the email? 
  • Do I need to enable IMAP somewhere in settings?

I have been following the help page on migration but it isn't clear in the section about adding an account to be migrated - specifically the following:

  • Is the 'Source User Name' the same as the 'Destination Email Address'?
  • What should I enter for 'Priority'?
  • What should I enter for 'Exclude Folder List'?
