problem opening up jpeg's that are attached in e-mails
My Mom often sens photos as attachments in e-mails. I can unzip them all at the same time when I download them, but they seem to loose their jpeg extension. I have to open them one by one using paint (and I have to one, by one, say that I want paint to be the program to open them up). Is there a setting I need to change or something I am doing wrong? I am still a little new to zoho, but when I used Outlook, the files would just open. Please advise!
