When I open Writer, I get a small window with a rolling donut that says "Loading."  this goes on for ever.  I have to close the browser and reopen the application, and maybe then it will open; maybe I'll just get the "Loading," message again.  About 1/2 the time this happens.

What's up?

Can this be cut short, or better yet, eliminated?
