Problem Receiving Email
My domain name is : emulant.ninja. I have setup few email users for this domain. I can send the email from all the users but I cant receive emails and in Control Panel it keep showing alert "The MX Records of your domain are not pointed to Zoho. You may not receive emails in Zoho. ".
- I have purchased domain from name.com and MX Records are added
mx.zohomail.com and
mx2.zohomail.com as mentioned on Zoho help.
- I have initially setup one email account with Google but deleted it completely.
- I am using shared server using "000webhost" service and setup the MX Records to "
mx.zohomail.com".
- There is no option available on "000webhost" to add more MX Records.
- While checking at "mxtoolbox.com" it shows the records as attached but SMTP Test fails.
Please provide help as early as possible.
