Hi 

I have emailed a number of times seeking detailed steps in resolving the below. Can some one please assist me asap.

" Hello,

Thank you for your e-mail.

We see that the domain "conceptmarketing.org" added in Zoho has no MX is not pointing to any servers. You can confirm the same through this 3rd party MXLookUp tool. Hence you are not receiving emails.

You will now have to point the MX record  for your domain to Zoho in the DNS/Name Server page to start receiving emails here only to Zoho.

Once you point the MX record only to Zoho, you will start receiving emails into your Zoho Mail account.
