Problem receiving mail

I am receiving email on my zoho email account, but I am not receiving emails that are sent from a contact form on my website. I have adjusted my contact form to send the email to various other accounts and I am able to receive the email, just not on my zoho email account.

I thought maybe the email was going to spam, but it is not. My contact form email will successfully go to 2 different gmail accounts and works fine with a time warner email account.

I'm guessing there is some reason that zoho won't allow email from the server that is sending my email or something like that. My website is setup through a large shared hosting company called the SBA, formerly known as crystaltech.

Does anyone have any ideas?
