Problem sending mail

hey folks,

i am getting the following error:

Sending failed; Reason:554 5.7.1 <wwww@yyy.org>: Relay access denied

the mail servers at mayfirst use TLS ans SASL (this is what they tell me, i do not know what that means!)

do i have any options for getting zoho to work?
