Problem setting up SMTP for my website app to use

Hi there,
Just signed up for this service and it's my first time learning about mail and linux servers.
So far, I have come as far as being able to send mail using my domain name:  
support @ albertamen4men.ca.
However,

1)I am not able to receive mail using account support @ albertamen4men.ca  
2)and the php program on my website keeps giving me this error message (see error.jpg).

my main email through Zoho is   pozitively unhinged [at] gmail [dot] com. I have also attached what I typed down on my website setting.

Am I missing something? Please help! Thanks.
