I've just joined ZOHO for the purposes of sharing a document with a group, including editing privileges for all "sharees". I created the group, put the document online, but when I go to share the document the interface does not recognise the group name, giving the following error message : " Users listed below are found to be invalid". The function appears to work when I use individual email addresses, but the group is rather large (27 members) and I would rather not have to type in all the addresses every time. Can you help me to figure out what is going wrong?
