Problem syncing calendar with iphone using activesync

I set up iphone sync as described in the help article.  Contacts sync fine but calendar sync only syncs some of the events, not all of them, and when I create a new event on the iphone, it is not synced with zoho calendar.  Are these known issues? Is there a resolution proposed?
