hi there - sorry if this is a repeat, but can't see my earlier post anywhere (closed the tab after status was listed as awaiting moderation)
I have successfully set up my Zoho accounts with my domain name as address and have been sending test from and receiving emails for the users created in Zoho.
When as suggested by Zoho I updated SPF record with my domain host (weebly), I added the record as instructed:
type= txt | host= @ | points to=
v=spf1 mx include:zoho.com ~all
after that update I tested again test emails sent from the zoho addresses were not recevied by accounts outside of Zoho. When I restored the DNS settings to original, new test emails were received, along with the original test emails i had sent testing the update.
Any suggestions here? Also note there was already (and remains) a DNS entry in weekly as follows:
type= A record | host= @ | points to=
199.34.228.73
does that need to be deleted along with updating to Zoho info for this to work?
