Problem upgrading from "Old Professional" to "Professional" version

Upgrading from Old Professional to Professional, I'm having a problem doing this. There seems to be an error. I'm using a Chrome browser. I get the following message in text form:  Please <a href="http://crm.zoho.com/crm/ZohoCRMStoreServlet?isStringReq=true">Create an account</a> before making your purchase

I would appreciate some help with this.
