Hi Zoho Team,
We are having a similar issue as op. After sending a campaign with Zoho Campaigns, if the recipient forwards the message to a someone not on the mailing list, the newsletter image becomes oversized and the text becomes so small you barely can read it. We have used Constant Contact and Click Dimensions in the past and did not have an issue with forwarding our email campaigns like we do with Zoho Campaigns.
I appreciate your suggestions in this thread on how to "fix" the problem, but from my experience, most users will automatically forward an email to someone because this is the easiest and most familiar way to share email. Having a fix for this is important. When I receive campaigns, I know I don't search out a "Tell a friend" link or even use "View in browser" mode. If it doesn't work the first time, I usually lose interest and go on with my day.
Is there a fix in the works for this? If yes, can we have a timeline?

Our developer have informed us that they are already working on the above request with the high priory. It will be available in our future updates after the testing phase, so kindly give us some time we will get back to you with an update at the earliest.

what is the expected timing of this fix? As other posters have said the reformatting issues on forward pretty much eliminates any hope of "viral" forwarding of a message to the recipient's personal contacts that they want to share with. People will not "tell a friend" they will just forward an email. I never have this issues on other email blasts I receive that I want to forward.
We are experiencing the same problem, when forwarding email, calls to action get messed up. What is the fix for it, yes people forward emails all the time :)
To your original question from 2 years ago, ALL problems are "common problems" in Zoho. In my organization, we spend more time troubleshooting and emailing support than getting anything done. None of the "problems" have ever been resolved, and I am not exaggerating. But for some reason we keep paying for it...

Our template editor is built with features to create contents that are responsive in most of the major mail clients. We did check your previous cases and found few requirements are not possible due to complexities and security reasons in the end recipients mail boxes.
