Hello,
I have moved many clients to Zoho Mail and they are happy with the
service as am I. However, this one annoyance keeps recurring for the
few that are using forwarding features. Forwarding to a specific
address becomes disabled suddenly after the receiving provider
apparently bounces a few messages back to Zoho. A quick search in the
forums reveals that many others are experiencing the same problem. For
example, the below thread I commented on:

My question is, as asked there:
Can you reach out to the providers you forward the most mail to and
arrange some kind of whitelisting? At the very least, can you put
forwarding on hold and/or throttle it versus completely disabling it?
