I created inventory template for production and I used those two fields below:
${Quotes.Qty}
${Quotes.Total After Discount}
- I ensured that product details iteration are present under<tbody id="lineItem"> and </tbody> tags.
I know it did correctly because everythings was working.
But since the upgrade of Zoho CRM when i'am editing my template I can't save it and I've got error message:
"Unsupported Fields: We recommend that you remove them from this template because they cannot be used in merge fields."
But I cannot remove these fields because I need it in my document.
It worked very before, how can I fix this problem??
