I am experiencing an issue while using the ZOHO CRM system.
Currently, I open previously imported lead data through the “Zoho Sheet view” feature. However, it seems that this spreadsheet can only be used temporarily and cannot be saved permanently.
The issue is that any follow-up records or edits I make in the sheet disappear the next day when I log back in. The sheet itself is also no longer visible, and none of my previous changes are retained.
As a result, I am unable to continuously track and manage the same batch of historical leads. I would like to know if there is any way to keep the sheet saved permanently, or if there is a more stable method within the system to manage and follow up these leads over time.
