Problem with a Not Confirmed user

Problem with a Not Confirmed user

I have a user who has not recieved his "Invite". 8 others on my team haved but he hasnt. I have tried to reinvite him several times and he never gets an email. I have checked his "Junk Mail" and the spelling on his email to be sure it is correct....stumped. Any ideas.
