Problem with accessing Contact in the Tasks screen

We are using the Free version of Zoho CRM.

All of sudden I'm no longer able to access the contacts in the Task screen - I can't access it when I create a new task and I can't access it when I pull up an existing task under Activities.

I'm a salesperson and need to be able to see the contact names when I've doing follow-up calls.

Please help - I tried signing out and then signing in. Nothing seems to work. The link is just not available to me - while everything else is working fine.
