Problem with account activation

Hi, I have a problem with activation of an account of my CRM. When the user receives the mail for the activation and open the link to the moment of enter the password and click on "Create account", throw this message:

" We can not process your request now. Try again later or contact support@zohoaccounts.com"

I've already tried removing and re-creating the account, but it's still throwing me the same message.

Can you help me, please?
