Problem with autoresponder sending initial email again
I set up an autoresponder that is using a custom view in "leads" that contains two names. I set it up to send the inital email, and then subsequent different emails at 2, 5, and 7 days. This all worked fine. But on day 8, both of my "leads" received the initial email AGAIN. Neither of these "leads" were active in any way (on the website or in Zoho).
A few minutes ago, I received my 2 day email AGAIN, so it appears that it is cycling through my autoresponses for the second time.
Is this a known problem or does it sound like I set something up incorrectly? I set it up as "dynamic" to run every day with no end date. Thanks.
