Problem with charset (encoding) in webmail inbox

Hi,

I'm having trouble trying to see accents in mails that I receive from others. Doesn't matter if within the same organization or not. It happens at the inbox of the webmail.

A collegue that has its mail forwarded to gmail does not have this issue.

It started to happen between Jan 2 and Jan5.

A solution to this issue is very much needed.
