Problem with deleting API-created records

Hi, I contacted pre-sales support about this on Friday but haven't had a response yet.

I'm running Enterprise CRM on trial at the moment. I use the API to create accounts, contacts, leads, sales, etc., from my own site. However, I'm unable to delete accounts or sales that have been created by the API, but contacts delete fine. I've tried creating both accounts and sales orders manually and can delete those record, so it seems that it's just those that are API-created. If I try deleting an account, it sits with a blank screen at  https://crm.zoho.com/crm/ShowHomePage.do#tab_Accountsbck. 

If I try deleting a sales order, I click yes to confirm and it sits at a blank screen.

Initially when i tried this last week, the deleted items would be in the recycle bin. If I tried to edit the account, it wouldn't let me and would give a message that the item was in the recycle bin. Tried restoring the record to see if that worked, have emptied recycle bin and it will let me edit a record, but still won't let me delete.

Are you with me so far!

Anyway, grateful for Zoho help with this please as I suspect I've uncovered a bug as it isn't behaving as I believe it should. I'm at the testing phase so can keep on adding records through the API that will need to be deleted eventually, but would be nice to get it fixed.
