Problem with document sharing

Hello,

I am sharing a document with the students in my class.

One student has reported that although she has successfully registered for a Zoho account, she does NOT see my shared document in the "Shared to Me" area. I have verified that she registered with the same email address I am using to invite her to the document.

She says that she is using Vista. I do not know which browser she is using. Could this be the problem? Which browsers DO and DO NOT work with Zoho Writer?
