Problem with email templates (new version)

Hi all,

We are experiencing a little problem with the new version CRM.

In our office, emails to clients are sent through CRM, often using templates. 

Previously, you could create templates with different email address and then choose which one to use as sender.

This function is essential to us as all of our staff have their own individual emails on their accounts, however, most communication with the clients is supposed to go through and "info@" mailbox.

Could you please advise how we could programme the email templates so that there would be an option allowing every user to select the "info@" email address as sender instead of themselves.
