Problem with events saved into Google....different event times show up

Problem with events saved into Google....different event times show up

I am just starting with zoho.  Creating meetings and saving them into Google seems great and straight forward, except the meetings are showing up in Google calendar 4 hours early!!...

I have double checked my time zone settings in zoho, and they are correct for gmt -5 Detroit area....Any help??/
