Problem with Field Layout and check boxes

i need help to fix a couple of bugs that may need to be fixed or just added to the next update:

1. I cannot move a field in the contacts field layout in setup, the cross hairs come up and it appears to move but when i let go of the mouse button it does not move to the required location.

2. When trying to do mass updates or even check several check boxes at once on different pages it seems to clear it as soon as i go on another page within the accounts tab. Why does it clear the check box??!! This is very annoying and time consuming!

Please do something about these bugs.
