Problem with image in signature block

I inserted an image of my logo into the signature block which when imported is huge!

So I dragged the image to make it a suitable size which appears to be ok when I save it.

When I compose an email the image in the signature still looks ok.

When I test the receipt of that email using another email app, the image still looks ok.

When I reply to my zoho account from another mail app the logo still looks ok in that mail app (I've tested gmail & yahoo mail).

When I open the email replied to me using z mail, my logo image has scaled back to it's original size....it's not small anymore. From now on for the life of the conversational thread, it will remain big. Each time I reply from z mail, the new logo image in the signature block appears small. On each return to me in z mail, the logo is scaled back up again.

The image I inserted into the signature block was a .png file. Does that matter?

Any ideas?
