I insert my company logo, rescale it to look ok and appears ok, but when i see emails coming back the logo is HUGE - I mean covering more than the email page width...really not professional and now i'm 50/50 switch to another email solution as can't have this - signature looks awful.

I found exact same thread from 7 years ago so obviously a long term issue and first i've ever seen in any email system.

Any reason why and how can be fixed - this is a serious issue please.
