Hi,
I started working with sales inbox recently and i set up the synchronisation via imap with my mail account. after some trouble here and there it worked fine. some four weeks ago it stopped working. several attemps with support did not lead to a solution. switching to my gmail.mailadress for test reasons first were fruitless as well but it is working now.
are there any ideas out there why it is not working anymore with my mail provider?
as mentioned it already worked... stopped from one day to the other...
I am really very troubled...
