Problem with IMAP on Windows Live Mail

I have a problem setting up my zoho account with live mail where I get an error 'the server has rejected your login'.

I have used the settings provided on this page  https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/imap-access.html#alink1

Although I am pretty competent with technology this has stumped me because I have word for word done exactly as the instructions have stated. 

I am guessing maybe it is due to the fact that my email address ends in .london instead of a generic .com or .co.uk.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
