Problem with invoicing

Problem with invoicing

I had successfully created 2 invoices to other contacts. But when I created the 3rd to the next client and then clicked 'save' , it didn't. It does not seem to have attached to the contact. Once I closed the invoice screen I cannot find that invoice anywhere. Have recreated the invoice 3 times. Have shut down the system and tried again. Still no joy. Help please!
