Problem with Lead Reporting

Hello all, I've a minor but important issue regarding Lead reports in Zoho CRM.

We run regular monthly (and also intermittent weekly) reports on lead acquisition, it's recently become apparent that all of the reports we can draw up do not include leads that have since been converted.

It is vital that we understand how many leads in total we are gaining as it goes to the functioning of our marketing and knowing now that the reports are not reporting fully has made us a little concerned.

Does anyone know of a way to draw a report for all lead acquisition including any that have been converted during the reported period?
